H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts?

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals?

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care

H Potter planters are made with stainless steel. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may be unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. Water sitting in the drainage tray may also affect the finish of the tray.

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

I bought this set and the other set they offer, but this one was my favorite and I think my dogs too! The orange ball works great and bounces just high enough that it doesn’t clear our patio wall, but enough for him to go and jump up to retrieve. But the glow in the dark ball is his favorite! Both me and my pomsky were blown away how we brought the glow in the dark ball outside just as the sun was going down, and when we brought it back inside it was BRIGHT AND GLOWY!!! Even with the sun going down and not much light left!! He loves to play with it in the house after it’s all glowy from the sun. Sometimes we even glow it up under a light inside the house if it’s dark outside, and he will play with it outside in the dark haha he loves it!!! And I think it’s pretty cool too!! All of the balls this company overs are VERY durable! We realized early on that we cannot give our dog regular tennis balls cuz his favorite thing to do is tear the outside fabric off!! So we were trying to figure out what company has the best balls for dogs so they can’t sit there and try to pry them apart, and we found this company!! We have already bought from them about 3 times and all of their balls are durable and bounce how they say they will bounce!! They have the super bouncers and the glow in the dark one and the one with angles that will bounce in different directions and the ones you can throw REALLYY far! Overall, all the balls from this company are very durable, bounce really good, and keep my dog occupied without allowing him to sit there and tear it apart!!! Which i love cuz I do not like when he stops playing with us to sit there and try to take off the fabric, cuz then he could swallow it! So always buy the balls from this company!!! They are the best and most durable!!!! Also plenty soft for your dogs mouth so they can chew on it a bit and it won’t hurt their teeth/gums!
